Pros
Willing and able to hire and fully train fresh college grads for $50k positions. Great team camaraderie between co workers, supervisors, etc. 136 hours of PTO for new employees, about a dozen paid holidays.
Cons
Low technology. Unproductive employees are allowed to stay way too long. A lot of politics in the hiring process for higher positions.
