Opportunity for growth. Your work location/client depends on bonus and schedules.

Cons

Internal promotion can mean less $ than what is externally advertised. Work week hours are long, lots of personal time is used to self teach, as many clients see admin work as “wasting time”.

Leave of absence policy is misleading and designed to make associate jump through hoops in order to get paid. HR department is very weak. Expected to work around the clock When you go on Leave the only application they lock you out of is training.
