BOH culture was positive. The overtime pay was good. The meals accessible to staff and employees for their 30-minute breaks were always high-quality, with vegan, vegetarian, and meat-loving options. The head chef (manager) is pretty understanding and seemingly chill.
Cons
Front-of-house managers like to micromanage back-of-house staff.
