Pros

Some learning experience when upper management was available

I was hourly.very under paid and was the only manager available on a consistent basis.no benefits.no PTO. My day off requests were always over looked.staff very disrespectful.even after I constantly ask for assistance it was over looked because our director was at other accounts.sexually harrassement on a daily basis."chef" operated from his desk.we were constantly out of menu items and as dining room manager I caught the heat from residents.and it goes on and on.i loved the residents and most employees.but I was taken advantage of.and I wasn't moving up in the company as promised.

Pros

They have good benefits and 401k. I fortunately had great bosses.

Cons

Unfortunately, the higher ups cared very little about the well being of the "littler people" like in many corporations. Labor goals were constantly felt by every person, including managers.
