The company provides room for significant growth

Cons

Long hours. (no overtime) Pay is not that great unless you reach upper management. Staffing and Supplies are a constant issue/concern. There is no succession plan in connection with promotion. Yes, you can advance, but training for the next level Is not provided.

I Loved my customers was able to help and bring joy and light in the room. And always put a smile on for everyone

Cons

Benefits are horrible.. Wasn't able to use my vacation time. I was only on the job for 10months and still wasn't able to take a vacation.
