From my experience, I never had a good manager. Compass tends to promote people until they plateu, and these people get stuck in a position where they're not good or efficient at doing the tasks provided, and therefore make people below them do their work. Because of this feeling of inadequacy, managers get power drunk and abuse this power by being generally horrible to lower level workers. The turnover rate at my specific building was unprecedented. I personally was only there for 4 months before I couldn't handle it anymore.
