Pros

The staff and management are friendly. The training has been better than most. They pride themselves on their diverse ways of working and flexibility.

Cons

I would like a full time contract. I would like more staff meetings. Wages could be higher as others who work for non compass owned brands earn more for the same level if not higher standard of work. E learning is great but time is needed to accommodate this.

Pros

great pay- great weekend penalty rates lots of sites to work between easy to transfer to new sites if you move inter state

Cons

lots of issues swept under the rug complaints not taken seriously rude managers who speak down to staff and gossip hours get cut and changed with no warnings bad communication from head office to site managers
