a company with strong team work sprit and well organize working process following training procedure which can provide great peoples to give great service to customers.

Cons

confident growth strongly after having received all kinds of training while working with Compass, Those Knowledge I got help me having a very clear and strong picture at my job field even in my daily living.

The ability to work globally, dedication to quality assurance, guest-customer satisfaction, sustainability, inclusion of race and equality, work place health and safety, upholding anti harassment and labour laws.

Cons

rate of pay to hourly associates, purchasing, not providing a wider scope for the marketing promotions.

Pros

fantastic support from every division of the company including HR, QA, OHS, DM and so on. I have the best DM, wish we were not losing him.

Cons

wages are low for the effort that is put in by all on the front lines. Not sure if upper management realize just how much time and effort is put in by everyone on their team to make the experience a great one for the customer.
