Pros

Great benefits and overall a good company. Was up to date with technology and processes.

Cons

The processes and procedures were a bit over the top and accountability increasingly fell completely on the employee without management support. There was no "training" except to learn as you go. In my department, you were limited on upward mobility and financial gains.

Pros

Free meal ... Oh wait I pay for it. U hmmm Positive ... Nothing. One coworker is kinda cool. They cut hours off your check when you show up early because they under staff locations

Cons

Horrible HR, terrible training. Bad mananent. Company refuses to deal with problematic staff members. Unfair working conditions.

there is plenty of jobs when working for compass and lots of different hours.

Cons

underpaid wages mess up payments managers are rude quick to fire people not organized the list is extensive
