Pros

Compass provide food for employee's break's if they are entitled to a 30 minute break ( 6 and a half hours or more).

Cons

Big corruption within the company ( Employee's wages are not fair). Some employee's are on a higher rate of pay than other's in the same position. Some colleagues are Favorited more than others, there for get away with things they shouldn't do. No respect for employee's. I also see people treated unfairly with their hours that they work ( some people will receive better shifts)

Pros

Fun, I like working with customers and cooking food for people. Its great, its something ive never done before and without Compass I wouldnt have been given this opportunity. The hours are convenient and I like most of the people I work with.

Cons

The hours im contracted to dont seem to be enough to get by on so im constantly doing overtime to make ends meet, I dont mind this its just not enough really.
