Poor wages Poor treatment of workers Low skilled, lack of training, all covered up with fancy private advertising. Why did we ever out source this ??

Clearly told in the interview i want to work 25h/week, which i had proven to be possible for me to manage. Ended up working full 30-32h/week and getting extra free day once in a while, so the hours were according to contract when looking at a range of 3 months, but in practice this meant i worked on average week more than was possible for me to manage due to personal reasons. After reaching my limit i mentioned this and asked to have the 25h/week i was promised, so it would be possible for me to still work there without burnout and was told its been according to contract the whole time. I was later let go without word by stopping offering me shifts and removing me from work whatsappgroup which felt a bit rude.
