      - Honest - Lots of good places to work - Easy to get employed by them - Weekly pay, usually quite good pay and tips!!!

      Cons

      - Agency work so can be mistreated depending on location - As it's easy to get employed by compass, sometimes you'll end up working with people who do not take the job seriously and slack off - Hygiene levels in SOME locations are disgusting
