Pros
The schedules we had were great! they always tried to stick to our schedule, none of that "your scheduled time off is subject to change on when you can finish the job" crap.
Cons
It's still got the typical kitchen culture, almost felt like the company was doing handouts to keep employees happy and forget that they really didn't do much in the way for providing for the employee. Health insurance through the company was a joke and had ridiculous co-pays. We would get in trouble for getting overtime when it wasn't previously approved.
