Cons
-Workers who have been there a while try to control, compete, and trick newer workers -Certain workers do not like to work as a team which creates conflict -Lack of communication often -Low base pay for tipped workers -Not easy to make enough money for tipped positions during slow times -Wearing multiple hats at once with little to no extra time to prepare -Upper management rarely ever observes our location to see how its running
