Quality of life, bonuses, benefits are okay
Cons
They use a group buying organization that forces you to purchase from a restricted order guide. The products you have to purchase are marked up 10-30% higher than you would find if able to shop around. Plus their getting kickbacks from vendors for ordering so many of the same types of products. So essentially their making extra money up front and in the back end all the while screwing your client and asking why you cant keep your product costs low. They claim their products are sustainable, organic, no fillers or hormones, etc which is BS. Cannot believe people put up with this and noone is saying nothing about it in the media
