Pros

Benefits were good - health, disability, life insurance, and other options (legal, child care reimbursement, etc) I enjoyed the people at Canteen (division of Compass Group) Corporate spares little expense for off-sight meetings

Cons

My branch had an "emergency" everyday. Little planning for day-to-day operations. Often, I received an email in the morning requesting the newest emergency by afternoon. If someone had taken a few minutes to look ahead and plan, the panic would be reduced.
