Early finishes offset by poor management and pressure

Pros

Depending on what department you work in, you get early finishes.

Cons

Terrible prospect long-term, managers are clueless as to what your role/responsiblities are. Constantly asked to do overtime due to incompetence from the office. No feedback gets acted up. Unhealthy amounts of pressure/stress while working.
