Pros

The leaders at the company value work life balance and really demonstrate a people-oriented mindset. Working at Compass, you can tell that this is a trickle-down effect from the top-down.

Cons

I do think my pay was under industry standard. Given the volatility of the industry, I think there is a ton of uncertainty at the company that can cause noise with employees and team members.
