Bad Human Resources, no structured training, no one in charge, terrible benefits-$4000 deductible for health insurance, low pay, one of the worst work experiences I’ve ever had!!

From Upper management till leads in each departments, every one is a cartoon. This company is just hanging in there and some departments are even shutting down in near future. No one in this company cares about growth. Most people here are low level narcissists.
