The ego on leadership was always jaw dropping when you contrast it with their prior achievements. This is now laid bare with the complete implosion of the tech org. Turns out RL wasn't such a wunderkind after all. Anyway, they all have growth mindsets, so I'm sure they'll bounce back with passion!
