Great company, it provides more support than any other brokerage out there for agents.

Cons

Commission splits aren’t as high as some other companies, but you have to look at the total package. Compass is a great company and focusing and education and putting the consumer first.

The training that compass offers is amazing The platform is all inclusive - you don't need to use multiple resources to everything is in your back office office employees are always willing to help You can really build a community amongst fellow agents and staff

Cons

It is on the more expensive side as far as brokerage fees
