I feel like they are more about the agents than the employees. I understand that agents help us stay in business but it would be nice to have the same energy and eagerness to help us employees. The other thing is that benefits are confusing and there is no paperwork, or pdf's that explain the difference or what is included with the insurance, kind of like who takes our insurance who doesn't.
