- No diversity
- Faux support from management
- Lack of transparency
- Rules keep changing on you (bonuses, raises, eligibility etc)
- Toxic high school clique environment
- Mostly white women employees, so if you're anything but that you stick out
- No room for growth if you are in the creative department
- No mentors or supervisors if you are in the creative department
- Pleasing agents at all cost, even if it comes at the cost of employee unhappiness
- Eventual elimination of creatives so the company can save money and rely on automation completely
- Inviting a cis white woman to speak on diversity and inclusion while employees tried to get more qualified professionals
- Management patting each other on the back and not listening to employee concerns
- Management does not care about growth (no manager chose to participate in diversity and inclusion training when it was made available via said task force)
