Compass has a wonderful culture of solutions driven people. At Compass you will be given the tools to succeed and will more than likely learn from leadership throughout you tenure.

Cons

It will be very difficult to create a work life balance at this company. While the executive leadership will be extremely liberal with granting you the time off, the work culture is one that will require you unwavering attention.

Cons
