Pros

- Awesome support staff with the patience of the gods - Great culture (in comparison with other real estate companies) - Lots of food and amenities available at the office - Always trying to be better and do better

Cons

- Not enough support staff to deal with the enormous growth - High ambition often means high pressure. When high pressure isn't coupled with a kind and compassionate work environment, people leave.

Pros

Compass is a rapidly growing company with great opportunity for employees to learn and grow within it. It is great to be a part of a company that is such a strong innovator in within the industry. Culture is very important to the leadership team and they are constantly looking for ways to improve and always open to new ideas and suggestions from employees of all levels. The benefits and perks are great, including free lunch everyday!

Cons

Although the rapid growth of Compass is a great for employee learning and development, it can mean working long hours. It is a very fast-paced work environment, which is not for everyone.

I haven't really observed any yet. Some areas can work better together, but that's always the case.
