Pros
Robust creative team— there's always someone to bounce ideas off. Decent benefits & salary— although these were cut/reduced during my time there. Creative freedom— higher than expected for a corporate in-house role. Day-to-day work has a lot of redundancy and tediousness, but you are given many opportunities to work on bigger, meaningful projects as well.
Cons
Shaky work culture— lots of layoffs and high turnover
