everyone else is awful. they will tell you they have an incredible culture, but they just work really hard to look like they have one. They have an unlimited PTO policy which is only looked at as acceptable for certain employees, those who may be ill or not liked by management will be negatively impacted by taking time off.

There is a lot of work, and pace is fast, but the team works together and helps each other out, which makes the experience rewarding.
