Pros

The training that compass offers is amazing The platform is all inclusive - you don't need to use multiple resources to everything is in your back office office employees are always willing to help You can really build a community amongst fellow agents and staff

Cons

It is on the more expensive side as far as brokerage fees

Pros

Wonderful teammates. You learn the most from talented peers.

Cons

Toxic from the top down. Compass markets itself as a leader, but internally it’s crippled by indifferent managers who contribute nothing and even more apathetic leadership that protects them. High performers are burned out and driven away while mediocrity thrives unchecked. Promotions and raises are completely non-existent. This is a system built to keep you in your place, and it’s working as intended.
