Pros

Once you agree to the proposed benefits, they will take them away quickly! Their vision sounds great, unless you are an employee, then nothing in it applies to you. You are there only to look good to their customers and investors. You will do the job of several and have some of the lowest pay grades in the industry.

Cons

As an employee, you are not valued at all. You have little opportunity for growth, pay increases, or advancement unless you were for key players in key locations.

Free snacks and coffee in office

Cons

Leadership does not care about employees and the lack of psychological safety at this organization is concerning. Full time in office work, without being provided with equipment and privacy needed. If you work a role containing sensitive info, enjoy working in an open office full of real estate agency and having to take meetings in booths.

Outsourced jobs. 2 year pay freeze. Tone deaf leadership. No growth. Unrealistic expectations due to being understaffed. Poor management. Cut throat environment.
