Standard tech startup perks and cool office; flexible work hours; gym reimb, benefits package.

Cons

You're on your own: No support for growing staff, no guidance / training for managers, no HR aka People & Culture partners except marketing and tech depts; all other employees and regions (!) are directed to one (!) junior rep. The most attention you get is during the recruting phase. Once you're in, you're on your own.

During the interview I was promised all these exciting things that I am going to work on and next thing I know, I am doing all these super boring things and it is uninspiring. It is about 90% of what I do now. I don't even need a degree to do these things

Good benefit package and start-up perks (free lunch, snacks, ping-pong table)

Cons

Too much focus on PR and communications, too little on day-to-day manager to direct report relationships. No career paths or advancement options. The company is focused on hiring top talent from outside as opposed to helping employees grow and advance. Management spends disproportionately more time on external recruiting & selling than internal learning & development. All culture efforts seem forced and planned.
