      Pros

      Culture: I've personally witnessed the CEO leading an entire floor singing Happy Birthday to an employee People: diverse backgrounds with really interesting lives and expertise in so many areas Mission: having a clear mission that the entire company aligns on makes day-to-day decision-making so much easier

      Running out of space for all the new employees Other than that, I haven't run into many yet

      Pros

      Great people who seem really excited about the company. Compass really sticks to its value of keeping a certain culture within the company.

      Cons

      Still a fresh company, so not everything runs perfectly behind the scenes just yet.

      Contagious Atmosphere!

      Pros

      The atmosphere here is contagious in all the best ways. This really starts with the executive team. They are creative, fun, focused, different and smart. Best of all, they know the importance of building a company with no walls between leadership levels. Collaboration is encouraged on every level and when you come to the office, you can see it happening everywhere.

      Cons

      Compass is still working on perfecting new systems and processes. While this might throw some out of their comfort zone, it actually presents the opportunity for Compass employees to take what they've learned in past positions and take charge in implementing new projects.
