The company has done a tremendous job hiring talented, collaborative, solutions driven people. Benefits and perks are great. As a growing company there is ample room to grow with it as long as you put in the work. Great sense of community amongst staff and agents. There is a long interview process but it is there for a reason. We have a great staff that work well together and enjoy each other.
