Pros

Compass is a great place to work if you like a fast-paced environment and having extremely smart colleagues. One of the most rewarding things about working at Compass is having your ideas and feedback welcomed and not having to wait before seeing those ideas put into action. You will get to interface with management at all levels which is great especially for less senior employees. Perks include daily catered lunch, free snacks, monthly happy hours, weekly meditation, and great benefits.

Cons

Occasional growing pains – you will wear many hats at Compass!

Growing fast, lots of opportunity for growth and to create processes. Great creative minds constantly coming up wit good ideas

Cons

Execs are young, don't really have experience to make thoughtful business decisions and understand the ramifications of what they are doing

Pros

Sure, your typical great "startup" stuff - open spaces, stocked fridges, catered lunches, and monthly happy hours. Also has a flexible WFH policy which is fantastic for staff. There are certainly some great diamonds to be found in the employees here, but it's not super common.

Cons

Leadership is too young, too financially-driven, and not at all transparent. It's extremely male-dominated, and there is a super bizarre culture of talking behind everyone's backs. Management doesn't know how to take care of its employees yet, which is ridiculous considering it's no longer a small, nimble startup. It should be mature enough to know how to treat people with respect and keep turnover at a minimum. Very reactive and not at all proactive.
