Pros
This is the best company to work for as a Realtor. You have lots of support and training. What drew me to them was the motto of God first, then Family, then Business!They are active in supporting their community. You couldn't work for a better company.
Cons
As most people know, being a Realtor, you are on commission. Therefore, until a sale closes, you are not paid. This is the norm of the Industry.
