1. If you want to work in office and not in New York area, you need to apply access to local office. And no coworkers in the same team working in local office.

- Lack of strong vision and branding for internal employees (rather than Compass will be an end to end platform) - Strong amazon culture - Extremely processes heavy with no clear objectives and little flexibility - Middle heavy with way to many directors/senior directors - Prioritize agents over employees even when their requests are unreasonable or extremely self interest driven - Data org and support is disaster
