Pros
Work is not hard and is steady income. Hours and days are always the same. Not a lot of coworkers to deal with in person.
Cons
Terrible middle management not being held accountable for actions. New management comes in and fires everyone. Training program is poor, no room to grow out of store level, pay is poor, they will change the projections to make up their own loses out of the pockets of their employees, very little support from management. Customers get rate increases ever 6 months which causes conflict on store level.
