Cons
You are set for failure. Training nonexistent. Upper management does everything to deter you from doing your job. Evaluations done without your presence and accountable results don't matter. Constantly stumbling through new technologies that makes your job more difficult and don't help you achieve the goals. You are completely in the dark with your numbers and your have a suggested idea about your bonus. No one will give you a valid explanation of how they determine the amount of your bonus. That is if the yearly budgets were set correctly. Even after realizing some budgets were off, the company is unwilling to correct them. So making it impossible to bonus. They don't pay well. You will be asked to do things that will spin your moral compass. They are good people within the company including the CEO but there is a cancer growing within that has demagnetized the company's compass. It is high up and will eventually implode. Then they will sell it and start again.
