* Not much to work on for senior leaders, all meaningful projects evaporate as the company struggles to survive
* Company is in a death spiral
* Announcing huge layoffs way in advance in absence of any detail (how will be chosen, how many laid off) and we all speculate how many will get the ax and we're pretty sure it's more than half
* Pall of fear / mistrust / apathy amongst P&E
* Complete absence of leadership in guiding staff through this turmoil
* Best employees are making their exits
