Pros

Opportunity for remote work and worked with great people

Cons

The company is sinking. The only thing that matters is being cash flow positive and they will lay off everyone they can in order to that no matter how great of an employee you are.

- regional culture across departments, opportunities to collaborate on projects that peak your interest - benefits (gym reimbursement, unlimited sick time, generous PTO)

Cons

-no 401k match - lots of reorgs - rigid in-office schedule - underpaid, especially if you were promoted internally
