Flexible schedule and good benefits

Cons

Difficulty maintaining hours in order to qualify for benefits. In the residency program do not expect to be guided according to board of counseling standards but instead be completely savvy and work hard to know what you don’t know or you will take the fall.

Flexible schedule, positive work culture, advancement opportunities.

Cons

Inconsistency with client caseload, poor communication between the assessment and assigning clients, clinicians having to beg for client's and assessments, and to maintain insurance with them there is a 105-hour requirement per month.

every supervisor is extremely supportive, the environment is very warm and welcoming, the pay is high

Cons

while the pay is high, due to inconsistencies in scheduling with in-home your checks aren’t gonna be great. perfect for a college student at home for the summer or part time, but not a feasible career.

Incredible support from LBAs, BSCs, and employees from other offices. Great data collection system that makes case notes and data collection very convenient. Flexibility with scheduling and working around your home location. Ongoing trainings to refresh and build on knowledge. Additional growth opportunities within the position and beyond.

Cons

Hours are tough given the time availability for school aged clients.

Great company, difficult to meet hours requirements if you have a full time job

Pros

Great training schedule/content, positive working environment, peers willing to help each other. Great way to learn after getting your MSW, good pay for new social workers looking to work toward licensure.

Cons

Challenging to meet hours requirements if clients cancel you have to ensure you reschedule them or miss out on your requirements for that month.

Pros

Compass has an amazing new hire training program and offers ongoing support throughout your employment. I have seen the employees of Compass uphold the values and it has created a culture of community I have not experienced with other employers. Compass is continuously seeking growth and leads through innovation and progress. Additionally, Compass delivers ABA therapy through a compassionate lens and with the family's hopes & goals being of the upmost importance.

Cons

Depending on which office you are located/applying to, there may be long distances for travel and a flexible schedule is needed.
