Hard to reach full time status Don’t get to pick a supervisor so may end up with someone you ha e some issues with Late hours, really feels like you’re working all day with admin stuff in the morning and sessions in the afternoon/evening. Makes work-life balance hard After the new hire trainings, they don’t provide much opportunity to grow. Mostly wait for the opportunity to come to you.

The supervisors go ghost on you sometimes.

while the pay is high, due to inconsistencies in scheduling with in-home your checks aren’t gonna be great. perfect for a college student at home for the summer or part time, but not a feasible career.

Challenging to meet hours requirements if clients cancel you have to ensure you reschedule them or miss out on your requirements for that month.
