Literally everything else was a dumpster fire. No real training, no support, extremely high turnover rate for all departments, the list could go on. Once the pandemic started, as well, the lack of COVID protocol follow through and masks being worn by management/corporate staff was shocking.

Management and company culture were horrible. New management on the program was stepping in as I was leaving and seemed promising, but this company has higher level management problems at the regional and above levels. Pay all over the place for people in the same roll.
