      The company works hard to educate the leaders and assure they know the Values and Standards. The site leaders have the ability to respond to and plan serves in keeping with the local community. large enough to be stable and small enough to still allow some autonomy. Interest in work life balance.

      Rapid growth makes for change which is a challenge but not always bad.

      The people I worked with

      Cons

      No communication from corporate. No support from corporate. Lessened quality of care by layoffs, stopping programs that former company was based on. Allowed office to close due to poor support.

      Local staff are dedicated professionals.

      Cons

      Can't get answers to basic training questions. Communication is awful. There is no incentive to do better at your job, as there is no recognition of a job well done. Example, Nursing Appreciation Week came and went without so much as a mention. Your hours can get cut, and you won't even be allowed to take your vacation time to supplement. This company has sucked the joy out of helping patients and families. It is all about the bottom line.
