      Patient care is top priority but colleague well being also a very important. The culture of the company is reflected from the very top management down to all colleagues.

      Pros

      Compassus is the best hospice to work for. The company believes in doing the right thing for the patients and giving them quality care regardless of ability to pay. They are proactive with regulatory requirements and strive to be a leader within the industry. If I ever need anything, I always get a response from our corporate office and help. I feel appreciated and valued at work, which is extremely important to me.

      Cons

      With growth in any company comes growing pains. However, even with that, they again take a proactive approach to try to manage and minimize any issues.
