      Poor leadership

      Pros

      With a few exceptions, the staff was committed to the organization and the clients..

      Cons

      Leadership was very poor. The company was in the process of being sold to another organization. They had been sold, approximately yearly, to different companies. The orientation was minimal with fair support. Upper management didn't stand by their managers.

      The people are great. Good Team atmosphere. Hiring process is true and accurate.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected to the areas in need of improvement. Executive team is frustrated with lack of answers.
