The offices I have worked in, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Newtown Square and Fort Washington are the most supportive environment I have ever worked in. All colleagues truly like each other and build each other up! The amount of respect and support at all levels so very impressive, from the National team to the Regional team to the local team. I have never worked for a company where I have felt so supported both professionally and personally. They encourage a work life balance! My management has always provided the needed guidance and support to help me grow in the company and in my career. I have never worked with a better team! Great team comrade and positive environment!

This is truly a company with core values that fall in line with how I’ve always conducted business in my positions with previous companies. To work in a company that supports my own values is rare and rewarding! Their dedication to providing PPE supplies, education, and follow up during the pandemic is exemplary. Our staff, company wide, has been and continues to remain safe with the ability to provide continuous care to our patients. In crisis, it’s always all hands on deck with even the leadership team out seeing patients and providing assistance wherever needed.

Cons

I would love to see the orientation/training processes adhered to and updated to fit current needs. Other than that, this is truly a great place to work with colleagues that I enjoy working with!
