Pros

Working for this company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture here is supportive, inclusive, and genuinely focused on employee well-being. Leadership is exceptional — respectful, attentive, and always willing to listen. I feel truly valued and supported in my role. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility and the healthy work-life balance I’m able to maintain. It makes a huge difference in both my professional and personal life. I'm also fortunate to oversee a team of field clinicians who are not only hardworking and professional, but who consistently deliver the highest level of care to our patients. I couldn’t ask for a better team or a more fulfilling environment to work in. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a meaningful career with great people and strong values.

Pros

The two close coworkers that I remain friends with . I learned a lot from my first manager. For the first couple of years I loved my job and thought I could stay long term and possibly retire there.

Cons

Change in senior management destroyed the culture. New area executive would yell at the team, refer to staff as monkeys, talk negatively behind their backs, and frequently meltdown in meetings with office staff and directors present. Meltdowns consisted of screaming, crying while screaming, talking negatively about specific staff, and throwing their laptop or phone across the room. Often tasks the exec was responsible for would be handed off to others, and when done would take credit for.
