Pros

Small company with potential to gain more business in the future

Cons

Hard work with no breaks. Very hot rooms. Unappreciative owner. Employee turnover rate very high. Promise of raises in the future that don't happen. No benefits or insurance. No paid holiday or sick days.

the pros of the company are that it is if you want to make connections, networking into political fields, gain an in depth knowledge of data analysis.

Cons

they are horribly stingy about pay, there is no room for vertical advancement within the company, due to client type business is very cyclical and can be demanding.
