      Pros

      I started off in order entry and 3 weeks after being here and showing my eagerness to learn and thrive, I was given the opportunity to switch roles and become a account manager. It is is very important to LOVE what you do and where you work and I can HONESTLY say I will be here long term... It is a great feeling walking into a place that is full of people who are not only co workers but actually a team that wants to see you succeed. They balance between work and home life is great, This company is very understanding when it comes to kids/appointments and just days off.

      Pros

      Full time, stable, growing company in a convenient location in San Antonio. Fun group of people, days go by fast.

      Cons

      Fast growth has come with some challenges. Cramped office space. Lots of open positions, so more work added to others plates. Summers are hot in the warehouse.

      Stupendous glass, employees quality of best good people honestly, especially the handyman 👏, has complete control of the workflow to boost production

      Cons

      The child in charge is a hothead and needs to simply time out in a corner rather than dealing with a matter of important business in anger
