Fully Paid health benefits for employee and family. Shift premium, three shifts to choose from. Vacation days, 401k, profit sharing program. Culture, and ability to move to different opportunities in the company. Fair pay. Career, not a job.

Cons

Long days, lack of communication at times. High paced enviornment, must be able to multitask.

Cons

White collar boys that have no idea what their doing will be telling you what to do (while you also don’t know what you’re doing) work here for a few months until you can find somewhere better to go.
